JOIN AS A TUTOR

Please kindly read the following terms and conditions before you register as a tutor. 

You have to follow and accept these terms and conditions before you proceed.​

Eligibility:

Your status must be a Malaysian citizen. You need to have minimum academic qualification and good grades in the subjects that you wish to teach.

Commission:                                                                                                   

ELITE HOME TUITION MALAYSIA will charge you 50% of a month tuition fees as a commission. The subsequent months 100% of the tuition fees will be yours. Payment can only be made to YMHT ELITE ENTERPRISE.

Termination/ Cancellation of the tuition class within 1 month:

If the parents or you terminate/ cancel the tuition within 1 month. We will collect 30% of the total fees you collected from the parents. We will refund within 2 days.

However, after the tuition starts, if the tutor wants to stop the tuition or student requests to quit tuition, even though parents/students told tutor that they shall inform us, tutor still bears the full liability to inform us. If the failure of notice results in loss of the students or our reputation, we have the right to claim 50% of the tuition fee as our compensation.

Tutor is not allowed to change the tuition fee or charge extra fee from parent without agent permission. Any extra charges to parent causing parents to stop the tuition, there will be no refund.

Tutors who created many problems, irresponsible and do not co-operate with ELITE : will be terminated at once.                                                                                                                                                                   

You are not advised to be tutor if you can only give tuition on short-term basis or a period of less than three months.

You are required to go to the student’s house to conduct one to one tuition. It is a private home tuition.

ELITE HOME TUITION MALAYSIA will not be liable for any conflict or disagreement between the tutors and students/ parents. We will also not be responsible for any form of damage caused in connection with your use of our website.
